ONLINE CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

I certify that I am the Personal Representative of the above listed personal property and have good title to, and the right to sell the same, and that the items listed above are free form all liens and encumbrances. I agree to accept all responsibility for providing merchantable title and for delivery of items to the Auctioneers.

RESERVES

We allow reserves (minimums) to be set on items with a value of $2,500 or more and provided reserve is realistic in today’s local market. $100 fee may apply.

If your item does not meet the reserve $100 will be direct billed.

We are not responsible for unsold lots.

Commission

Our sellers commission rates are on a sliding scale, unless other agreements with Auction Co..

25% $25.00 – $250.00

20% $250.00 – $500.00

• 15% for $500.00 -$1000.00

• 12% for $5,000.00 – $9,999.00

• 8% for $10,000 – $49,999.00

• 6% for $50,000.00 – $99,999.00

Reserve fee $100 if not met.

Pre-sale by consigner $250. min. fee
